This whole 1% vs. 99% when it comes to racial matters is ignorant BS that TRULY needs to stop.

Alot of the hate in this country is not caused by the rich and never has been. This is RACISM at its ugliest rawest form. And all of the "it's the oligarchs' fault!!" idiocy does is absolve every day white people of their responsibility in helping end this cancer that has plagued our country since Day 1.
While I strongly disagree with the quotes, I don't feel like engaging in a war of words over it. It does speak volumes on its own.
The major goal of the 1% is to do the bidding of the 0.01% who control pretty much everything - that's statistically true and not meant as some kind of wild-eyed conspiracy...the richest 500 families in this country own more than the other 300,000,000 people COMBINED...that kind of wealth not only corrupts, it destroys the basic humanity of the people wielding it. They really do believe that their lives are worth more than the peons who live on their tip money.
It makes some people feel better to want to place blame elsewhere, but it really does always circle back to the money, whether or not we want that to be true. Racism is a HUGE money maker in so many ways its hard to even get one's head around it.
Low wages.
No unions.
Defunding education.
Increasing police presence and armament.
Where does that money flow?
Does any of it help the population in general, or just a very small subset of it?
The longer the status quo goes on, the more people who will ultimately be harmed or even killed because of it.
