Sen. Bernie Sanders is headed to IOWA!!!!

Sen. Bernie Sanders recorded the following video address for the Iowa AFL-CIO's annual meeting. He talked about the need to address the crisis of income and wealth inequality, create millions of new jobs through the rebuilding of our crumbling infrastructure, raise the minimum wage, overturn the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision and end our disastrous trade policies. He also called for a political revolution that will get millions of people involved in the political process.

Sen. Sanders will be in Iowa on September 12 and 13 for a series of town hall meetings.

to do the right thing regardless of Wall Street CEO focus group pressure, then need to support him. Sad state of affairs when the best Democrat in Washington isn't even a Democrat.

he becomes a Democrat. If he wins, he has to run for President as a Democrat. That's the way political parties work.

And I say unlikely with a heavy heart. Most Americans are too blind to see the greatness in what he has to offer.

If there is another Dem we could support who is so right on all the Democrat issues as he is, point that person out and I will gladly support him/her. But if there isn't, then Bernie, just as he is, is good enough for me, and a whole lot of others that I know.

will prevent anyone that liberal (intelligent) from actually winning a primary challenge. By the time 2 or 3 states have voted they have essentially decided who can win the nomination and upteen states don't even get to vote on the whole slate. Someone like Howard Dean or Bernie Sanders will be forced out long before my state even gets around to a primary. I think we need a national primary day in all states. Then see who wins. Of course, now everyone will disagree with me.
