1. The second man killed by Ferguson police,

It sounds like automatic gunfire that hits his body. Rat a tat a tat.

Half a dozen bullets or more.

It is not only the weaponry - but the mentality. No longer do police officers feel that they should strike out against a person so that they eliminate the person as a force against them, but they all feel entitled to kill us.

2. Heard someone explain Powell's killing. "We aim for mass (the torso)."

He went on to say that shooting a gun out of someone's hand is the movies. The object is to kill "someone who is trying to kill us."

However, whether someone is trying to kill them or not can be a highly subjective determination.

Powell clearly had his hands at his sides. However, they claim that a knife was in one of his hands.

My view is that, once someone has been killed, we cannot trust what they say. However, I do believe that they aim to kill, not just to halt someone.
