economically and physically. Just look at how many people are still dying because they cannot get health care. Look at how many GOP controlled states refuse to expand Medicare. I despise the these GOP bastards. And they would turn our government over to the radical Christians.

Not to mention that most voters will simply take that as hyperbole, rather than looking at the total damage done to Americans, especially poorer ones, by each group.

This kind of obviously-not-true insult is not "getting a spine", it's just playground namecalling. There are plenty of nasty things one can say about Republicans that *are* true.
