What a POS. Cold-bloodedly takes the life of an innocent teenager, and displays absolutely no remorse. No apologies to Trayvon's parents. Nothing.

He needs to stay in his new gated community for the rest of his life.

It is a fact that, for the time being, his residence is the John Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford.

You seem upset by this.

Police pretty much assured us of that by the way they left the crime scene.

Without a federal indictment, Sanford police remain the "credible" witnesses for the defense.

I also think Florida was under pressure to indict with the governor-appointed special prosecutor, to get the public off their backs, to keep the feds out, and to assure that the beloved SYG law remains intact.

The lead Sanford police detective wanted to arrest and charge GZ the same night of the murder, and I'm sure he'll be taking the stand.

In fact, he disagreed so much with the decision not to charge that he filed an affidavit noting his opposition. I'm sure this will come out in the trial.

As far as SYG, its writer and the governor in power when it became law have both stated that it does not apply to GZ. Jeb Bush, in fact, called for him to be arrested very early on.

Translated: GZ will not be afforded any protection from the SYG law, as its proponents will continue to distance themselves from him. You cannot initiate a confrontation, then use deadly force when you feel threatened.
