would be to the "Affirmative Action" ... I would have it read "Affirmative Action - Move ahead 1 space", followed immediately by, "White guy move ahead 1 space." And, I would lose the "Gang Culture" space, as it affects very few Black people ... other than when white folks assume that every Black kid is of the gang culture.
