1. If I had another job to do like take care of my district

I wouldn't care. I would rather they work in Washington one month out of the year and work in the state or district the rest. That is why Congress does not work anymore. Too much time in Washington and not enough time learning the needs of their responsible state and voters.

There may be a helluva lot of campaign fundraising in addition to legislative work and constituent meetings, but someone in one of those offices is virtually never "off the clock".

You know...pool cleaner, crop duster, that sorta thing. What's sad is the GOP has brought the process to almost a screeching halt and morons still vote for them!

Can you explain that?
