*** how did the suspect feel about muhammad? ***
i mean what else really matters?
well, ok, sure, did any *americans* die, that too.
but really, the most important thing about any such incident is to understand the suspect's mythological worldview.
after all, this is first thing and most important thing i care about in other contexts as well, like when i order my latte, i want to make sure i understand my barrista's mythological worldview, i mean, who doesn't, right?

is a political choice in our current age. I find this unfortunate.
Personally I would rather know if an attacker has a UTI. UTIs can make people do some really crazy shit.

i certainly know people to get quite belligerent when hungry. then there's the infamous twinkie effect....

(29,047 posts)3. Those could also be important factors.
I just know whenever someone under my care goes nuts, we test for UTIs. I don't know the science behind it, but there is something about UTIs that literally make some people go insane until they are treated with antibiotics. Peaceful, rational people can suddenly become confused, disorientated, and violent.

... put me in a homicidal state after the holidays after indulging in lbs of see's chocolates.
yes, the "mythological" worldview is so overlooked.
