ballot flipping that is being reported.

This should strengthen the demand for paper ballots.

MD, IL, CO. all reporting ballots being flipped.
also votes being changed on amendments.

in the cases I saw in Google it was machines switching votes
from GOP to Dems. but I have seen here on DU votes being
switched from Dems to GOP.

we need paper ballots.

Reports of Dem votes being flipped to GOP on one machine in NC, which has since been taken offline according to reports
Don't know about MD or CO.

We do need paper ballots, in my state, we have touch screen machines with paper ballot backup that can be reviewed before submitting the ballot.

by people with special needs which allow them to vote without holding a pen, by voice, by touch, whatever they need. When they finish voting, an election official prints a paper ballot and the tablet carries no memory of the vote.
