Brown County, Wisconsin man gets busted for DUI while out on bail for DUI death...

He'll end up making his own booze in jail from fermented fruit, and the day he gets out he'll be drunk.

Man charged with OWI Homicide arrested for OWI when out on bail

Brown County -
A 21-year-old facing charges of driving drunk during a fatal crash last year violated his bond this week when he was arrested in Green Bay for another driving while intoxicated offense.

Derek Samuelson of Sobieski was arrested for OWI on Monday, just weeks after he was charged in a 2013 drunk driving accident that killed a 22-year-old from Green Bay.

Court records show this is the third time Samuelson has been charged with OWI. Action 2 News was there when he appeared in court Thursday afternoon.

It's obvious that he's a danger to society and didn't learn from the first instance. Why give him a third chance when he hasn't earned it yet?
