The Court will admit that the intent was to allow the Fed to provide subside in case the state failed to extend Medicaid but they didn't actually put it in the law. But..the court will allow Congress to fix the law before the next enrollment period to avoid cutting off funding.
Next of course Mitt Romney will come to the rescue and claim he has a secret plan to save ACA since he invented it and will use the Mass plan as a model.
"Moderate Mitt" will then become the candidate and the turnout will be 85% instead of 35%.
