I know his cause was a good one, but I'm just going to say that I'm so glad that there were so many great Liberal role models in my childhood, because we have reached a point where good causes are not going to be enough.
This is probably a paid subscription article, so I honed in on the productive points--though the article might help open eyes to why we still don't have a Liberal leader in Central Florida that can bring us all together under one roof.

Cheaper still would be the Legislature taking 57 percent voter approval as a hint, and write a medical marijuana law themselves.
Morgan's amendment was loosely written and would have opened the door to abuse. The Legislature, if it really wanted to, could do a lot better and tightly regulate who gets the drug.
