http://seattletimes.com/html/localnews/2024979741_frybergdeathxml.html
A fourth victim shot by a classmate at Marysville-Pilchuck High School has died at Harborview Medical Center.
Andrew Fryberg, 15, died Friday evening. He had been in critical condition in the intensive care unit at Harborview in Seattle since the shooting two weeks ago.
Fryberg is the fifth student to die, including Jaylen Fryberg, who shot his friends Oct. 24 in the school cafeteria before fatally shooting himself. Zoe Galasso, 14, died that day in the cafeteria. Gia Soriano, 14, died at Everetts Providence Regional Medical Center two days later, and Shaylee Chuckulnaskit, 14, died at Providence a week after the shooting.

Earlier Friday, a service was held for Shaylee Chuckulnaskit on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. Several hundred people including Hatch attended the service at the Don Hatch Youth Center gym, the same venue where Jaylen Frybergs service was held on Oct. 30. Both were buried at the Mission Beach Cemetery on the reservation.

(55 posts)1. Have you noticed...
how the media has pretty much pushed this back in the lower levels of the news? This makes me sick to my stomach. Why isn't the NRA there giving a 20 gun salute?

It rates even below ebola. Another school shooting? meh.
RIP and hugs to the community which includes my cousin and children.

nothing surprises me any more.
Every one in the country should have been on the streets after that one.
There will be another shooting or more than one before the year ends.

I have given up trying to talk about more gun control on DU
It seems when it's brought up the thread has a lot of DU members posting that more laws aren't the answer
I know that a lot of Democrats are gun owners I just never knew how similar and how closely
they stand with Republicans when gun control is brought up
