A memorial U.S. post office?

I’d never heard of such a thing until today.

News article excerpt:

(Neb.)-House Passes Bill to Rename Chadron Post Office for Sgt. Cory Mracek

(Chadron)-The House of Representatives passed House Bill 1499 today to designate the U.S. Post Office in Chadron as the “Sergeant Cory Mracek Memorial Post Office.”

You're just noticing. These votes are usually reserved for the 630pm votes that take place the first session of the week. Most are passéd via voice vote. No roll call.

On any post office but there must be some designation because they do this all the time.
