nothing to vote for in the last election.
Be proactive during the next two years. Get together with like minded people and draw up a political platform you could vote for. Then spend two years fund raising and offer the money to candidates that support your platform. Use social media to get the word out. Become sort of like the Occupy movement but with a platform.

because I've never felt that there was "nothing to vote for" in any election...I don't care if it's primaries, school board or whatever, there is *always* something to vote for (or against)...
Which is why I'll never wrap my mind around people who "aren't motivated" to get to the polls...
