(22,336 posts)if they were carrying those weapons and went into a bakery and were black?
The issue is the difference between how white people and people of color are treated in this country by the criminal justice system. If the went into a bakery like that, the people in the bakery would have shot them if they'd had a gun, or would have called 911 if not, and the police would have then come and shot them.

(27,275 posts)first they had a group of white kids vandalizing a car and a few black kids sleeping in a car. the kids sleeping in the car got more 911 calls than the kids vandalizing the car. no surprise there, at all.

I bet he had a trillon photos taken of him in an attempt to prove gun rallys aren't racist pits. One single African American man doesn't change the reality of how differently white and black people with guns are treated - and without guns.
GGJohn
(9,951 posts)That said, I still think that you're right, black men carrying rifles into a business like that would elicit a quick police response over white people doing so.
Open carry should be banned except in a few instances.

(9,951 posts)PHOENIX, Arizona (CNN) -- A man toting an assault rifle was among a dozen protesters carrying weapons while demonstrating outside President Obama's speech to veterans on Monday, but no laws were broken. It was the second instance in recent days in which weapons have been seen near presidential events.
Video from the protest in Phoenix, Arizona, shows the man standing with other protesters, with the rifle slung over his right shoulder.
Phoenix police said authorities monitored about a dozen people carrying weapons while peacefully demonstrating.
Sorry about not adding the link to the story.

(9,951 posts)Don't strain that muscle reaching.
So far, you've accused me of something I didn't even do, then you double down trying to tie me to something I didn't do, then when I asked you to prove it, you post some nonsense definition that has nothing to do with me.
But that's ok, I understand that you can't actually back up your accusation, so you spout nonsense.

But they are a white guy and girl? brandishing semi or possibly full automatic assault rifles(penis substitutes) designed from the ground up to kill as many people as possible in a short amount of time in a public store so they can scare little kids to death.
Nothing to see here...move along folks.
