American Workers Be Prepared To Work For Less With GOP In Charge.

American workers should be prepared to work for less and have less job security with GOP in charge of Congress. That fact that the GOP is against wage equality for women and even a minima wage means nothing will change. Wage deflation is the norm with the GOP. The more workers hurt the better the GOP seems to do. The more they obstruct the more they are rewarded by winning elections.

The anti union and anti government sentiment plays into GOP and business hands. And the more desperate workers are the better $7.25 and looks. And it could go even lower and in fact does for many workers as inflation eats away at earnings and wage theft that is unappeased gathers steam. After all stealing wages with impunity is just part of DOING BUSINESS.

As unions are accused of thuggery the real thugs get away. And in fact even thrive.

Try telling these people that voting FOR Democrats was a good thing...and then prepare to die a death of a thousand excuses why that's still voting AGAINST something.

No wonder the United States is number TWO as the most ignorant country in the developed world - after Italy, a right-wing, fascist loving, racist and bigoted European country, and they're proud of it.

I must have missed that.

I worked for DOL for 24 years and most voters are clueless as to how the GOP and business screwed them. And they kept putting in GOPPERS. I understand the frustration the Dems could not correct the situation. They did not have the vote long enough to make huge changes.

What most workers do not understand is the grand plan that started under Reagan. And what is surprising is that the powers that be were able to create a low wage service economy which is pretty much what we have today. Reaganomics was a fraud which Bush I himself called out as "voodoo" economics. Stockman also sounded the alarm. And they were silenced or discredited.

The attack on the American work force has been a very broad and well laid out plan from day one. And I am amazed that the Reagan revolution has succeeded as well as it has. And with the silence and cooperation of the media the plan was almost a slam dunk. All the elements of the trashing of the American work force were laid piece by piece over time.

Over the past decades of listening to their rhetoric; in regards to labor/unions or offshoring or job poaching it always comes back to the same thing: "You make too much money". Oh, they tried to disguise it by hanging some carrot in front of us by positing the notion that having a smaller piece of a bigger pie will even things out. Lots of people knew this, but allowed themselves to be distracted by waving flags, religion, and guns and shit.
