That in my opinion was what he was going to go with if this had gone to trial

Not the other rubbish he said

Everybody knows you cannot hold a gun in your waist if you wear BB shorts. I mean, Plaxico Burress had on sweats and still shot himself in a Club because his gun was slipping. And those sweats hold a gun better than flimsy basketball shorts. I hope Darren Wilson gets hooked on drugs and goes to jail. In gen pop.

The kind of people who believe that black men reach for their waistbands when they see cops, even though said black men know that they themselves are unarmed....these are the same people who believe that undocumented immigrants run straight for the nearest voting booth as soon as they've crossed the border. They're not worthy of adult conversation.

He was unarmed. As far as I can tell, Mike Brown was killed for jaywalking. At first I thought Wilson might have had some reason to stop him, like Brown was walking in the middle of a busy street. Then I saw pictures and it looked like a neighborhood street, not a busy street at all. Imo, if Brown had been white, Wilson would never have stopped him and Brown would still be alive.

stomach out of pain or shock from being shot.

But simply reached in his waistband? Hell no.

But we can see that he's been coached well, just as the left-leaning hosts on MSNBC have predicted would happen.

I am outraged by this miscarriage of justice. A young and promising Black man, unarmed, minding his own business, is rudely shouted at to "get off the fucking street" by a sociopathic cop who guns him down like a dog in the streets because he had the audacity to tell that cop that they were near their destination. Then his body is left out in the open, humiliated, uncovered for his family and neighbors to be horrified by as that killer cop walks around his body as if to show off some prized hunt, and then said murderer gets away with this heinous crime because he has the power of his authorities behind him - paid for by the people of Michael Brown's community, of course.

Who is there to defend Michael Brown? His character is assassinated in corporate media, his family humiliated again, and the killer gets three months paid vacay and makes some extra money going on M$M shows to exonerate himself with, no doubt about it, a fat book deal waiting.

And what do this young man's parents get? Humiliation, sorrow, intense pain, and the loss of a child who might one day have cared for them in their old age.

If cops keep getting away with extrajudicial executions of citizens, who's to stop them from shooting dead anyone and everyone they don't like? Why would we even need courts? Well, other than to use against the people and fleece their hard-earned dollars in the form of astronomical court fees and fines in order to plug budget holes and to never "burden" millionaires and billionaires by having them pay their fair share of taxes for the privilege of living in this country?

This has got to stop.

if he was Shot there-he Might want to place an Instinctive Protective Hand over the wound....I know that's what I would do....
I'm also pretty damned sure I would have been in literal Shock.
Clearly, he wasn't reaching for a gun I believe the officer already Knew he didn't have.

I saw the pictures. Bruise? What bruise? He thought "if Brown hit him one more time, it might be fatal"? I don't see it.
