The police training materials helped prepare the groundwork.
Using a cartoon - the Tasmanian Devil at that - seems to be more like wartime propaganda than a realistic appraisal of what to expect.
The cops these days seem to be obsesses with their self-appointed role as heroes fighting devils and demons.
Is this law enforcement or a witch hunt?

They used all of this information. Too bad the prosecutor didn't point out that his version of events defy all logic and are basically IMPOSSIBLE.
