The Black guy (Dorain Warren(?)) rightfully said, the white kid because he is probably there to buy drugs (i.e., actually committing/has committed a crime).

It actually can end up to be kind of an addiction. They know what they are doing, trying to piss a certain group off, so that group will tune in out of curiosity to see what outrageous things they are saying now.

I bought a house in the central area of a major city ... I was surrounded on three sides by public housing projects. The community was 99% Black, 1 non-white others (residents AND business-owners) ... the only white folks I saw were there to buy drugs or sex from Black women.

How many young EYP'rs have you seen or heard of who are deep into cocaine, yet get good-paying jobs and respect because of their high-class outfits and social poise? In fact, I often think of that when I see the ads for menswear...Buy 1 Get 1 Free-type ads.

If it's any comfort, most rich white people that I know are only rich on paper. I hated having them for customers, as I knew they were either going to charge their service fee and pay right before the 6 months were up before I sent it in for collection, or their checks would bounce. The surface isn't always the whole picture.

and law enforcement knows this ... If police started stopping and arresting(?) those in "Black"/low income neighborhoods that fitted any profile beyond young AND Black, i.e., young white males, driving newer/high-end vehicles, etc., they would catch-up a lot of criminals, e.g., drug possession, solicitation, or crime enablers. But more ... the result will be the criminals/crime-enablers will call the drug dealers and prostitutes to them, i.e., the non-"Black Neighborhood."
