Knowing how very stupid most of the Republicans are I can't help but think that this quote by Swift has been actualized.

With their obstructionist practices, outright lies and media propaganda--such as Faux News which is banned in Canada & other countries d/t the majority of blatant falsehoods being broadcast to our US sheeple it should be obvious how deviant they are & how they depend on low information candidates, legislators & voters. The authors of ALEC know this and rally their sheeple against President Obama and other progressives.

3. Fox News is not broadcast as a public news source. So it can get into Canada via satellite & cable.

The CRTC regulations apply only to Canadian broadcasters using Canadian airwaves; they do not apply to the Fox News Channel, which is a non-Canadian entity transmitted via satellite and cable, not broadcast over public airwaves.
