(18,837 posts)We are still in the "will she run, won't she run" phase. Not into Hillary at all. Terrified by the GOP clown car...what a motley crew.

Freepers love him...he's the Herman Cain of 2015.

(10,624 posts)People actually show up to vote in Presidential election years, and someone like Martin O'Malley, Jim Webb, or even (gasp) Andrew Cuomo, would compare rather well against Jeb Bush once people actually got a chance to see and hear them.
Sure, none of those guys would be our first choice. But compared to Bush and Romney, they ain't so bad. (Especially O'Malley.)

(31,828 posts)Actually - I feel insulted for every single one of them for being put in the same low bar league as people like Carson and Santorum.
I know there are very strong feelings at DU for who the Presidential candidate should be in 2016 - but can we all agree . . .
The D-s and D.S. (Sander) on that list (only one I don't have a strong comfort level with is Webb) . . .
Are all just 'better than' those 'other ones' on the Right?
Seriously - Ben Carson isn't good enough to be on the same list as Hillary or Elizabeth. <--- Yeah - that's my 8th grade hair flip and I don't even care.
