Surprise: Nancy Grace wrong about marijuana

Cable TV’s insane clown Nancy Grace predicted “one of the biggest crime waves you’ve ever seen” in Colorado after the start of taxed and regulated sales of cannabis to adults 21 and over Jan. 1 2014. Grace was just the most visible of a crop of doom-promising marijuana critics with purported law enforcement experience.

Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper said the number of children using drugs would increase. Former attorney general Edwin Meese and Charles Stimson argued violent crime would surge. Kevin Sabet, a former senior White House drug policy adviser, warned of high addiction rates, spikes in traffic accidents, and reductions in IQ. Former DEA director John Walters claimed “what we [see] in Colorado has the markings of a drug use epidemic.”

I guess I should say congrats Colorado, b/c you’re setting yourselves up for one of the biggest crime waves you’ve ever seen! #PotShortage

After a year of legalization, the results are a bit more tame, as it turns out.

Colorado roadway deaths dropped by 25 percent in 2014 compared to 2013, the Washington Post reported.

...wrong.
I'm serious. I could take a dart-board, draw Yes on half, No on the other half, ask a question and shoot a dart and, at least, be right about half the time.
These people have the uncanny (bad) luck to be wrong 85-90 percent of the time

Incredible.

they'll constantly spout whatever shit comes into their fevered minds, and then when events and data show them to be completely wrong they'll ignore it and move onto the next topic.

Her whole demeanor is so off-putting that it makes me physically nauseous even to watch a clip. Maybe she is part of why CNN has been in the toilet?

Her or Dan Abrams? Personally, I can't stomach either one of those arrogant puffs.
