Allen West: Congress Should Censure Obama For Being An 'Islamist Sympathizer'

Earlier this year, former Rep. Allen West called upon Republicans to use their new majorities in Congress to demand to know whether President Obama is "on the side of liberty and freedom or the Islamic terrorists." Since then, it seems as if West has managed to make up his mind on this pressing question, as he has now moved on to demanding that the Republican-controlled Congress censure Obama for being "an Islamist sympathizer." Speaking with Newsmax's Steve Malzberg on Friday, West said that Islamic radicals are running free all over the world because President Obama has given then the green light. "This is what happens because weakness is enticing for your enemy," West said. "There comes a time when we really have to honestly say whose side is President Obama on? Is he an Islamist sympathizer? I think that if there's one thing that the House and Senate can do, they need to bring up a resolution to censure the president for some of these actions."
