http://bigthink.com/ideafeed/lying-on-social-media-creates-false-memories

That is a strange syndrome but it starts with false embellishment then becomes truth to the person in their head
Fox is one big false memory creator too if you think about how they portray historical events

Didn't Clinton do something similar ? Will he resign? doubt it

whose work tools are his intellect, voice, people skills, computers and cameras and throw him into the middle of a chaotic war zone and I can imagine the terror and stress he or any other civilian might feel. They embed these journalists with the military but that doesn't insulate them from the fear and feel of war and sights of war. I won't watch a lot of videos like the pilot being set on fire because I know it would be horrifying and once you witness something even on video.... So, I'm perfectly comfortable cutting Williams some slack.

Including a description of the events by the pilot of the Chinook in which Williams was riding. His version doesn't support everything Williams says, but it does support the contention that the chopper in which Williams was riding was part of a formation of choppers that came under fire and that two of them, including the one Williams was in, were hit by small arms fire (but only the lead chopper, not the one that Williams was in, was hit by an RPG).
