(15,033 posts)There can always be situation, no matter what race you may be, when the police who confront you are on edge and itchy.
And danger is far more likely to reach a peak when citizens around you -- especially those who've been drinking -- find themselves confronted by a fool who seems to be packing a weapon. Imagine what a fool you'll feel, as well, when they draw down on you and all you have is a fancy drawing up beneath your armpit.

(15,238 posts)Keep your hands away from your waist which is rather hard because they tend to dangle down there. Raising your hands above your head means shoot me in the head or torso so raising hands either too high or too low puts your life in danger. You do seem to get a pass in the State of Florida if you are rather rotund wimp ass wannabe cop that likes to abuse women.
