Madison, Alabama Officer Eric Parker is facing charges of third-degree assault for slamming a 57-year-old Indian man on the ground and paralyzing him. The victim, Sureshbhai Patel, was simply walking down the street while having brown skin when a “concerned” (read: racist) citizen called the cops on him for walking in the predominantly white neighborhood.

Patel was visiting his son and new grandchild when the incident took place. He repeatedly indicated that he did not speak or understand English, and kept gesturing toward his son’s house. Instead of leaving him be, Officer Parker slammed him to the ground, paralyzing the innocent, frightened man.

Of course, after Officer Parker was arrested- as he damn well should have been- and the Department apologized to the family, some local racists have set up a fundraiser to help the poor white officer who was just exercising his right to assault a man for daring to walk through Whiteville with brown skin (Note: I will NOT be linking to the fund here).

This is racism, people. This is how America operates. All you have to do is be white and abuse or even kill people with black or brown skin for all the racist cockroaches to come out of the woodwork and throw money at you.
