I hadn't thought of that when I looked at it but you do have a point, there is a likeness of a sort.

I liked Rodriguez too, both were profound in their respective ways.

You might prefer hanging out in an echo chamber if political cartoons aren't your cup of tea.

Though I kind of like having you around.

for the unspeakable crime of talking with St. Elizabeth Warren is a serious issue, that's within site rules.

Maybe you guys can start calling her names like "the Hildebeast" like you know you want to. I'm sure you could find a way to dress that up as policy criticism too.

Of course, if this was a cartoon about Mohammed, you'd be singing a much different tune and blaming the cartoonist for any death threats he got.

Till now you've just been thin-skinned about a political cartoon metaphor. But telling people what they want and what they would do is insulting and stupid. Cut it out.

It doesn't refer to cannibalism, I assure you. It means to beat someone.

Oh, the phrase "to beat someone" doesn't mean to hurt someone physically.

These metaphors can kill you!

Oh, I mean...

the flesh of others.

Not sure what it is about Hillary that turns so many of her critics into pathologically deranged haters.

I guess people on the left have gotten jealous of all the blind venom and hate Republicans get to wallow in.

This level of psychosis amongst her critics is the strongest argument for supporting her, quite honestly.

Because I don't want you to be upset.
It's not about cannibalism, that would be portrayed quite differently.

First, it's a pun, "Hillary has Warren for Lunch"... Get it?

Second, there's the fact that Hillary can't win on her own message, she needs to absorb (steal) Warren's message the way she did with the "you didn't build that" statements.

Third, depicted here is a person with an insatiable appetite, never fulfilled, hungry for fame and glory.

In the end, it's a brilliant political cartoon.

Danziger is a fine cartoonist. In his long career, I don't think he's ever been pathologically deranged about anything.

Don't look for boogeymen that aren't there.

except that Warren has said she's "not going to run."

And then Hillary will go on to eat Chris Christie for lunch (quite an achievement) before moving on to Jeb.

A war without weapons for voters hearts and minds.

Why wouldn't two prominent Democrats get together to devise a plan that has the greatest likelihood of success of defeating them?

God bless em.
