Rand Paul is pressing the state party in KY to switch to caucuses n 2016 so that he can run for president and still run for re-election to the Senate(if they stayed with a primary, he'd either have to skip it or give up his seat, as KY law stands now).
That's right...Dr. Anti-Government himself is trying to rig the game so he's got a guarantee of a government job no matter what happens.
