Will someone identify that person, or will that person come forward and say, "I said that...." ?

(38,445 posts)He couldn't just shut up.. .. The guy ran, (not so unusual) so the cop has to get in the last word as the guy is struggling to breath. This one incident says so much about some so called, "officers of the law."

It will take an individual or independent organization like copwatch to step forward and put in a FOIA request for that information.
