A man is dead and buried. Murdered..... Cause of death a broken neck and spine..... Committed by the persons who works for the institutions giving the finger to the people.
Wait they say. we can't provide to you any info. We can't arrest anyone.
But hell anyone with a brain cell knows that if the victim were a cop the arrests and info would be forthcoming in a heartbeat.
A cover up. A history of being treated as sub human and it's a recipe for revolt via riots.
Give people the evidence. Let the process be transparent. Provide justice. That's how riots are prevented.
You certainly don't prevent them by giving the aggrieved the finger.

(26,549 posts)When enough violence is inflicted on the people, they will return some of that violence. The status quo keeps inflicting violence, and those in charge keep reinforcing the status quo.
It's going to explode. Over and over again. Baltimore is the current explosion. It will not be the last. Especially with so many in our own party pushing to maintain the status quo.
Now let's go keep our powder dry instead of prison reform, ending the drug war, and reining in the police. We've got a "trade" deal to pass and some brown people to bomb.

Enter rioting. "The language of the unheard".

(130,156 posts)and I live nearby, and hear local news. Mayor said from the beginning they were looking into the incident, investigating, and mayor just said she's proud of those who have been seeking peace in the city.
Mayor said they walk a fine line giving peaceful protesters a place to do so, and recognized managing peaceful protest is difficult.
Let's NOT inflame things here, please.

Just watch, we've seen this happen in almost every single situation like this.
Ferguson was the same way last year.
