The first amendment has nothing to do with her personal safety from radical gunmen.

The first amendment means the government can't stop her from being an asshole. The first amendment offers zero protection from other assholes taking offense and attacking her, or her followers.

That is only covered by the government's job to maintain law and order, but that is not present in any of the amendments.
