Evel Dick (Dick Donato) From Big Brother has HIV

this news actually came out last october but i just read about it now . the season he won was probably the last time i saw the entire season . article says he returned some other season but left right away and it was because of the HIV . but he only made it public last year.

also the link below is about how HIV seems to be increasing among those who are 50 and up .

i wonder if this has to do with lack of sex education among a certain generation. dick says he didn't think he had to worry about any risks from unprotected sex after getting a vasectomy. can he really be that ignorant about this ?

<"Evel Dick" Donato says a romp with a Vegas stripper is why he's HIV positive ... so he thinks.

As for the whole unprotected sex thing ... Dick says he already had a vasectomy so as far as he was concerned he had eliminated the only known risk. Clearly he didn't know ... unprotected sex is risky.>

Both data sources suggest HIV-prevalence rates among people aged over 50 have increased steadily in the recent years. Care and treatment services need to address the specific needs of older people living with HIV. Action is needed to incorporate older age groups into HIV surveillance systems.

and I do

But for me it is a different reason why i watch, it reminds me of something I have done, in real life, several times.

Anyway, now I see why he left that season, he had to of course.

Producers found out I assume and considering the entire premises of the "house", well, he had to go so as not to infect anyone he would have sex with.

have sex under the covers, it is pushed real hard by Julie the announcer.

They would not allow anyone in there with any STD I am certain.

They would be sued out of existence if a house-guest got sick from another house-guest

They absolutely did the right thing by making him leave.
