How did he ever get elected by those Yankee Mountain people?
I have never seen a Bernie campaign ad on TV, but I have seen lots of others, so I figure this is how Bernie bought all those votes.
Bernie must have bought millions of dollars of ads stating that he is no socialist, right? I mean, come on, this democratic socialist stuff can't fly in Vermont hollers, can it?
Now, we do see that Bernie voted for taking in the military's new jet and basing it in Vermont. So he's a military hawk! Ahaaaa!! No socialist would ever, not in a million years, be pro-military. We all know socialists are hippies, so Bernie is no socialist.
Oh, I'm sure there are lots of votes Bernie has cast that are NOT socialist votes, and by gawd, we will hear all about those votes as the republicans dig in and uncover those anti-socialist votes and they'll slam him in the debates.
C'mon, everyone knows a socialist can't get along with capitalists and Bernie is a one percenter in the Senate, meaning, out of one hundred senators, he is the only one who hasn't become a millionaire since he bought his election.
So something is wrong with Bernie and we are sure to find out that he really isn't a hippie socialist, and the republicans will argue to the bloody end that he isn't, because: votes.
And first he has to get past Hillary's: "Oh, Bernie claims to be a socialist, but he's not really a socialist".
So there. Nanananana!

(14,177 posts)I saw him in Minneapolis and I couldn't even get a seat. How's that for planning? They expected like 200 hundred people. They had to find a different venue and they thought surely only about a thousand people will show up. They didn't see like 5000 show up, but they did. Some say it was close to 8,000. I won't argue with that because I am horrible as guestimating crowds. But, I can tell you this there was a very long line of people signing up to campaign for Bernie. I signed up and I have no idea who he is, but I sure liked his speech. I have been waiting to hear that speech since 1992.
