The Roswell police officer who falsely accused a Sonic employee of spitting in his drink has been named as 22-year-old Christopher Ray Moreno. Moreno resigned from the police department Tuesday night after the investigation into his claims began.

Moreno was arrested Wednesday night and charged with false reporting, malicious criminal prosecution and tampering with evidence, which Roswell PD investigators say "may have been triggered by a personal issue Moreno perceived he had with the restaurant employee."

In his car they found methamphetamine, 19 syringes, three meth pipes, three marijuana pipes, a BB gun, and several other items.

Police say officers also searched Moreno’s home and found a stolen license plate.

...if they found an unruly subject.

Even the bb gun, imagine, he kills someone on duty, then plants the bb gun and claims self defense.

How many more Moreno's are out there? Likely dozens.

police are hiring. The Dillon roof's of law enforcement. All you need to apply to become a police officer is a willingness to kill poor people. No background check necessary. no education necessary. At 22 years old what the hell could he have learned about the Law? A first year paralegal knows more about the law than a police officer who's hired to enforce the law. Call one at your own peril.
