Someone took the flags from the Jefferson Davis Highway marker on U.S. Highway 1 between Kitti Wake Drive and Timbermill Drive sometime late Friday night or early Saturday morning, according to Adam Myrick, public information officer with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Two of the three flagpoles stood empty Monday evening, while a third held remains of a flag that appeared to have been ripped from its position. 1. When a crime happened in my old neighborhood(s)

Unless someone was murdered, pretty much you could guarantee that the police would do nothing.

I hope the police in the area give it the same attention, that a simple stabbing or assault would get in my old neighborhoods of Chicago or North Philly. Nothing, zero, nada, etc...
