Trump - seriously, What's with the hat? ...not a hat-shaming thread

*please see non hat-shaming disclosure at bottom

I understand that this is an effort to avoid a bad photo op.
The tie-less blazer is a whole other question. You have to be able to do the slacks/jeans (oh god not Mom Jeans - the O Man will never live that down) and shirt look. See O'Malley, that guy looks GOOD in his clothes. But let's keep this a a higher level....

I don't subscribe to "looking Presidential" assessments. That pure time filler on camera nonsense.

Trump is making appearances wearing a baseball cap. It has his slogan but you can put that on the podium and engulf the screen with it in banners. A baseball cap? It SCREAMS "I have goofy hair". How can people take him seriously? He is that vain? That self unassured? Mr. Tough Guy?

He looks ridiculous.

*i have nothing against people wearing hats. I used to have a don't-leave-home-without-it hat, several over the years, but that was when I wore a younger man's clothes specifically jeans, shorts, and t-shirts.... to work. I just stopped wearing hats. Hell I don't even wear a hat when I play golf and I am about the only person on the course without a hat - mostly baseball caps.

It fails spectacularly, because the average guy doesn't talk about his money, his property, and himself. Every. Single. Second.

But, I think that's what it is. He thinks it makes him look like one of us.

A sunny day baseball caps are not dignified. Trump looks like a fool in his hat.

But we all know he wears it because he doesn't want to expose his creative bald spot covering hairdo as it's hilarious to look at.
