From staff reports
Chef Lee Franklin, who runs a food truck called "A Taste of New Orleans," moved to Omaha after Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana. Franklin cooks food that his mother and grandmother taught him to cook, traditional Louisiana dishes.

Coming Sunday: World-Herald Columnist Erin Grace, who covered the aftermath of the hurricane with OWH photographer Kent Sievers, catches up with Franklin and two other individuals that Katrina forced to Omaha.
