I need a break.
There are so many things that have gone wrong for so long (think global warming, high unemployment, housing market crash, Republicon takeover of the political landscape and all that goes with it from the MIC to, media takeover to gas prices) that I've grown weary. I'm not naive. I know that there is no such thing as fairy godmothers or knights in shining armor or even justice but at some point things have to change. Something has to give. I've outwaited Booshco. Obama is not the answer. Who/what will it take to break this stranglehold on America?

In fact I've written some very similar posts here over the years. Listen, take a break from it. Even for just a few days. Spend time with friends and loved ones. Watch a funny movie or go to a comedy club. You need to recharge your batteries and come back refreshed for the fight. Every soldier is required to take R&R.
I know exactly how you feel. I don't know how we can overcome all these problems and it pisses me off too. When I dwell too much on all the mounting obstacles we face, I start curling up in a fetal position and that doesn't fix anything. Just remember this: 1) You are not alone. And 2) We will win this. In the end we always do. Sometimes it just takes a while.
