Abused Pup Is So Happy To Be Safe!

Cisco was hit by a car when he was younger and suffered permanent injuries his owner just “couldn’t stand to look at.” He was then dumped at a puppy mill and left to be neglected even more. Watch Cisco’s reaction to his new environment and some love. SO AWESOME!
