I am so lucky.

My guy won. Well, my first guy, John Kerry, didn't win. For a whole lot of reasons.

But my guy, Barack Obama, won. Yea, he's not perfect but he has really prevailed against unbelievable obstacles, like rethugs, bigots, things Dems don't like, yada yada yada.

I love Bernie and love Hillary. They are my peeps and I cannot even fathom voting for anyone in the clown car.

We are lucky if we're not too righteous. Rock on and kindness rules. xoxox

There is an awful lot of angry righteousness out there these days. For the most part, I just let it pass. There's no point in having a discussion with someone as inflexible as (as Barney Frank so aptly put it) a dining room table.

But I will keep my guitars tuned and rock on. As Peter Mayhew said, "nothing else to do, was there?"
