I heard it would be close--it'd be nice to get rid diaper boy, even with a blue dog....

(14,449 posts)It's all turnout. Before Paris, we had this in the bag. Now I am not so sure. Bottom line, tomorrow at this time we will know.

And it's John Bel Edwards, no relation to Edwin "Vote for the crook. It's important." Edwards.

(301 posts)said it was Edwards +13 this morning. Sounded way too high to me but I'm confident. Vitter has bipartisan disapproval and will generate no enthusiasm with anyone. On the flip side unions and the Ds are pushing very hard to get out the vote.
I recently heard one commentator say that as much as Vitter tried to tie Edwards to Obama, it was actually Vitters connection to Jindal that was more damaging. Not sure if i agree with that, but its true that Jindal is disliked here more than Obama.

(1,732 posts)In Louisiana. Jindal's negatives are over 70% and John Bel has done a tremendous job tying Vitter to him. Not to mention Vitter has his own problems with the hooker issues. Nobody likes Vitter. I'm going to guess JBE 54, Vitter 46.
