Meet the 15-year-old kid who's suing Obama over climate change

Paris (CNN)Xiuhtezcatl Tonatiuh became a climate change activist at age 6 when he saw an environmental documentary. He asked his mom to find a way for him to speak at a rally.

Now 15, the long-haired, hip-hop-savvy Coloradan is one of 21 young activists joining climate scientist James Hansen in suing the Obama administration for failing to ditch fossil fuels.

"It's basically a bunch of kids saying you're not doing your job," he told me here at the U.N. COP21 climate change summit in Paris.

"You're failing, you know. F-minus. We're holding you accountable for your lack of action."

Supports the coal industry?

Or could it be they understand that that stance is just window dressing for a man who is in bed with the Natural Gas, Big Fracking Interests?

Chosen to do: put a congenial, somewhat intelligent-in-appearance face on the nation's Lead Actor, and have that face distract us from the fact that eleven million people lost their homes due to his banking polices, while those responsible for the economic mess got bonus after bonus, with nothing being done to stop tan economic collapse from occurring next week, next year or a few years down the road.

And eh and his family will be well compensated for the acting jobs that they all did.

He walked the walk at 6 years of age. If it takes litigation to get the attention of the American people who don't even reason what is happening in Paris now, then I suggest he sue all three branches of government, plus the corporate controlled media.

What we do in Paris is of vital importance, but you already knew that, my friend.

"Senator Inhofe, you wrote a book on climate change. So that makes you an expert on the subject, doesn't it?"

"Yer darn tootin'."

"What can you tell us about climate change?"

"It's all a hoax by Al Gore, I tell ya. An attempt to ruin our economy by wrecking our God-given oil companies. And God Almighty won't allow it. No, sirree."

"Objection, Your Honor, on grounds of idiocy."

"Sustained."
