Christmas present for trumpy
Having heard the Donny's diatribe on how DISGUSTING, REALLY DISGUSTING going to the bathroom is, my guess is he probably avoids going to the bathroom. Thus he is obviously very full of shit, very full indeed!
So I believe an enema would be just about the bestest present that the Donny could get for the solstice. Clean him right out for the New year. Maybe even brighten his outlook on life. He has to be so uncomfortable.
And maybe a catheter for the other drain
