There's no need to go through this again the same way there was no need to go after Clemens again. I give the gov't credit for persistence, but to what outcome?

That something has happened and no one can actually figure out whether or not it was a crime.

My friends, this is downright unAmerican…

How can we sleep at night knowing that some THING has happened which could not be criminalized? Are there other THINGS lurking about the countryside as well, waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting populace?

We should all be very afraid. This sort of outright anarchy could spell doom for our fragile republic, that is built on the word of the law.

American freedom is hinged upon our complete deference to the law… But what if the law itself is absent?

What should we do now?
