(12,041 posts)I think her case will be more complicated than Zimmerman's so I can see why they may wait to arrest her until they investigate further, but it certainly appears she probably commited a crime not just of perjury but likely criminal conspiracy as well.

(40,416 posts)It appears that the Zimms have both commited perjury. If that's so, the prosecutor is going to gather the evidence. There's no hurry because everything is in the court's records.
But that judge is undoubtedly pissed... As is Zimmie's lawyer.
