If We Lost Another Conservative SC Judge GOP Would Hold Hearings Yesterday.

What is we lost another Supreme Court Judge who was conservative and the liberals held a 4-3 advantage. What would the GOP do? The court still could meet with 7 justices and still could make decisions.

The should would be on the other foot so to speak. Then again maybe the GOP is hoping that a more liberal judge would have to leave before next year.
