What About Our Most Vulnerable Citizens???

Politicians need to stop trying to limit contraception and women’s reproductive rights and put their energy into helping and caring for the children already born into this world. These numbers are alarming and should invoke guilt for such obviously misplaced priorities.

The infant mortality rate in the US is 6.06 per 100,000 live births. That's a composite; it ranges from about 4.5 for white women to up to 13 if you're black or native indian.

More people die every year in industrial accidents in the US than servicemen that have died in Iraq and Afghanistan combined for the whole ten years.

Neither the US nor Canada are protecting the poorest and most vulnerable among us, and equal pay for equal work still isn't happening.
