(268,903 posts)the party's donors, lawmakers and lobbyists prospered while they ripped off every level of government and the tax payers' money and they are now angry and resigned because the fucking people have finally caught on.
Fuck the fucking ReTHUGs and everyone else who thought you could continue ripping off people with not merely impunity but also with their eternal loyalty and affection.
The cons bought their own con - wait for the evangelicals to catch up.

47% of the country regularly votes for the Republicans. That's a lot of people. If that party breaks up and forms a more radical right party, those moderate and neo-con voters will have to go somewhere....many might join the Democrats and pull our party to the right.
Some have suggested the end result (if the GOP implodes) will be that the Democrats will become a massive centrist-corporitist party that no one will be able to stop.
