http://tass.ru/en/politics/866933Itar-Tass frames the Panama-Papers as information-warfare against Russia
Authors of the investigation claim that these operations could be tied to associates of Russian President Vladimir Putin, but said that the Russian leaders name is not actually mentioned in the files.
In comments to the ICIJ report, Yarovaya said: "The number of information attacks against the president of Russia and the simplicity of false stories is a multipole injection of poison with the hope that at least some dose will work. No doubt, Russian citizens are the subject of this encroachment."

Russia Today goes by their usual modus operandi: They hide the involvement of Putin's friends in an overload of wall-of-text and meaningless graphics.
And as a commenter on the article says:
all having a go at Putin, Trolls, do you not understand the west shows you papers that incite against their enemies whilst they hide far worse crimes ? our westen gouvernments are far worse than the russian, but the long and short of it all is that the elite have stolen all our money and resources therefore want us to be killed in a war they have manufactured so that we cant ask for it back. Wake up !!!!
Sputnik News International does not mention the Panama Papers at all.
http://de.sputniknews.com/panorama/20160404/308929945/panama-papers-selbstparodie.html
Sputnik News Germany attacks the Guardian for focusing on the possible involvement of Putin via his closest friends. The article attacks the Guardian for failing to talk about actual heads-of-government who are incriminated by the Panama Papers. The last paragraph is the agency Mossack Fonseca denouncing the leak as an attack on all of Panama.
Overall, the article spends most of his time attacking the media for not publishing actual proof for their allegations. (As if a newspaper-article is the appropriate way to present hundreds of financial documents to the public.)
